About Me
My career has a strong focus on the challenges faced by business in understanding, managing and securing data. One of the main concerns in my work is to transform these rich data sources into information, so that it can be readily available for the decision making process. I have a strong commitment to knowledge dissemination fulfilled through the publication of my work and teaching.

My research interests lie on machine learning, big data, distributed systems, information retrieval and cyber security.
